Terms of Use

These terms apply to www.elkbee.com and the services ElkBee Inc. (“ElkBee”, “we”) offers through it: information about our programs and products, free sessions, the AI chat assistant and our emails. By using the site, you agree to them.

Our services

• Free sessions and the content on this site are general information to help you think through your idea or business. They aren’t legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice; get professional advice before acting on them.
• We can’t promise any result, such as funding, investment, customers or growth.
• Paid programs, consulting and partnerships are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
• You can cancel a free session with the link in your confirmation email. We may reschedule or cancel a session, and we’ll tell you by email if we do.

The AI assistant

• “Ask ElkBee” is an AI assistant, not a person. Its answers can be wrong or out of date, so check anything important with our team.
• Don’t share passwords, payment details, government ID numbers or confidential information in the chat.

What you send us

• Give accurate information, and share only what you have the right to share.
• Ideas and business information you share in an inquiry, the chat or a free session aren’t covered by a confidentiality agreement unless we sign one with you. We handle them with care (see our Privacy Policy), but don’t share trade secrets before an agreement is in place.

Our products

BorrowBee, SourceBee (TenderMart), TrackersBee, ValidaBee are separate services. Any terms and privacy policies a product publishes apply when you use it; these terms cover this website.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to:

• send spam, or anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the AI assistant;
• collect content or answers in bulk with automated tools, or fill in our forms automatically;
• pretend to be someone else.

Our content

The site’s text, graphics, logos, animations and videos belong to ElkBee or the people who licensed them to us. You can read and link to them, but not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission. ElkBee and our product names and logos are our trademarks.

Other websites

Links to other websites are for your convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

• The site and our free services are provided “as is”, without warranties, as far as the law allows.
• As far as the law allows, ElkBee isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the site or our free services, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to CAD $100.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts in Toronto, Ontario.

Changes

We’ll post any change to these terms on this page and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
