We do this by instigating transformative change management activities and breakthrough innovation at the systems level. We support the development of relevant, timely and strategic innovation processes and business stages, to generate alternative mitigation plans for all the risks and challenges an opportunity needs to consider on the way to its vision.

At ElkBee, we promote our structured business process management and governance model, which can lead your opportunities, changes, and new ideas by focusing on placing talent and raising funds when needed. These activities include pursuing public and private funding, sponsorship development, partnership building, and other services like incorporation, team building and talent acquisition, and providing advice and mentorship.

Leadership

Our executive team

At ElkBee, the executive team, who manage day-to-day activities, are led by the CEO and the CFO, who are managing statutory directors. These statutory directors are overseen by our Supervisory, Advisory and Governance Boards.

The team consists of 7 members representing different functions at ElkBee. It carries out the statutory duties, coordinates strategy execution and manages overall operations for the people, partners and stakeholders we serve.

The CEO and CFO are the primary liaison between the executive team and the boards. Together, they closely coordinate with other members of our communities and external associations to ensure advice and policies are effectively translated and delivered to all shareholders, partners, and third parties.
